My sister and I had our nails done today and the service was great! Professional and friendly and good at their jobs-thanks ladies! Unfortunately I have to lower my rating as my nails (French tip) chipped quicker than when I’ve had it done elsewhere. My sister didn’t have that problem. Rosie & Ruth

I’ve had several appointments at this location, and every visit has been a GREAT experience! The staff are always professional, welcoming, and friendly 😊 It was my first time getting waxed, and after hearing about the benefits online, I decided to give it a try. I booked with Melanie, and she was amazing! She’s very patient, down-to-earth, and attentive throughout the appointment. She constantly made sure I felt comfortable and at ease, and it’s clear she really knows what she’s doing. The location is also super convenient since it’s close to my home, clean and their pricing is much more affordable, compared to other places. Definitely recommend! 🙌🏽

Mallory is the nail tech I see and she is amazing. She is incredibly talented and does the best BIAB, which is why I keep coming back. She is also a lovely person to chat with and always makes the appointment such an enjoyable experience. They are lucky to have her. The reason I am giving four stars instead of five is the cleanliness of the space itself. The staff are clearly diligent about cleaning their tools, but the overall salon could really use more attention. There is quite a bit of dust, debris, and buildup in the space, which is especially noticeable in a nail salon environment

Had a 30-minute facial with Keira who was so lovely and took great care. Would definitely go back and request her. The only thing is the background music in the storefront overpowered the spa music in the facial room and that's a bit silly. But the service and products and staff were great!

*UPDATE* They allowed me to come back and have them fixed by their lead nail tech, I’m very happy with the results **** ————————————————————— I’m not one to normally write reviews, but given the cost of the service and the outcome, I’m so disappointed. I had heard such good things about TENSPOT, I figured I would give it a try. I will say, in the salon the outcome didn’t look so bad. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever received, but I didn’t notice anything major. Once I got home and was able to look at them thoroughly, I noticed so many issues and poor application of colour, or maybe just not enough.

I made a mistake about time of appointment. The staff phoned me and I quickly drove there, 15 minutes late. They were both very accommodating. Friendly. I am also pleased with the job done. I will return!
