Anna did a fantastic job with my pedicure and waxing. She was so lovely and made the whole experience enjoyable. The Ten Spot is pricier than some places, but it’s immaculately clean and the tools they use are brand new. Well worth it for the quality of service and attention to detail.

The environment is inclusive and the services are impeccably done. Chloe is my go to. Fun, fab and professional. She is talented at nails, nail art and banter. Book early! All these women have mad skills and appointments go fast for a reason.

I had a gel manicure with Vethussha today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! she was a joy to chat with and did an INCREDIBLE job on my nails! I will be coming back to see her asap 💅✨

In my recent visit, Justine, the receptionist, was the highlight of this location. Her professionalism, joyful spirit and ensuring that all is well was great. As for the technician, I think it really varies on your luck. Some are proactive and help you with making decisions about your service and some don't. But technically they do good work if this what matters to you at the end.

Wow such a great experience!!! The receptionist was extremely kind and welcoming and then Nadine did my nails - she was really nice and did a great job. Every person in this place had a really friendly and open vibe! Also the place looks really clean and has a nice aesthetic and prices seem standard. Also thanks for letting me add on an additional nail art when I forgot to book it 🙂

I've been coming here about once a month for the past 6 months for a brazilian wax. I love how each room has a TV that plays shows like The Office because it helps keep me distracted from the pain. Jade is awesome. She's professional, kind, easy to talk to, but also doesn't force any awkward small talk. I work very long shifts in a customer service job where I am constantly in conversation with strangers which leaves me with a very low social battery. I feel relieved knowing that I can come in for my appointment without feeling pressured to entertain more small talk. Thanks Jade!

Doing manicures with Jade is a pleasure. 10/10 recommending. Place is clean and the nail polishes they use are decent (do not chip easily). My last manicure lasted for almost 14days (with me applying a top coat mid way) and i was very pleased for that. All in all, nice spot and great service.

Chloé and Naomi were a joy! So professional and friendly. Definitely getting my nails done by Chloe from now on. She was so knowledgeable about which shape would work best and look most natural yet glamorous.

Had experienced 2 other Ten Spot locations before with mediocre service but King St E totally surpassed my expectations!

Like with the other locations I'd been too in the past, they keep their stores CLEAN, the girls are all super friendly and welcoming, every tray of tools come out fresh, and their products are top shelf brands.

Mo took things up a notch delivering a 10/10 service, and one of the best pedi's I've had in the city!! Yes I was maybe there longer than I may have wanted to be, but that's because she takes pride in what she does. There was no rush rush at all during my service and she really took the time to address any concerns, helped me choose a FAB COLOUR (noting it in my file for next time), and wrapped my toes up nice letting me leave the salon with an amazing pedi. More so the relationships she has with her clients (which I noticed with another girl that she was finishing up with when I arrived and my feet were soaking). Although a bit out of my way recently moving out of the downtown core, it's her meticulous attention to detail and the relationships she builds with her clients where I know I'll definitely be back to see Mo again.

Recently got a pedicure with Mo and she is the absolute best! My toes were perfect at the end and soft as ever. She really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I also have super twitchy toes so I don't make it easy. The other staff are also lovely and sweet. 🙂

I've been coming to this location for close to a year to get my gel manis with Jade. She is amazing at what she does! Always asks along the way if I'm happy with my nail length, how the colour turned out, etc. She's super detailed and really cares about the end result.

My initial visit didn’t go as smoothly as I would have hoped, but the location manager, Maddie, was very receptive to my feedback and offered to rectify the situation which was really smooth and easy. That’s great customer service ! Thereafter, I had a repeat mani/pedi by Jade O and it was excellent! I can’t get over how well done it was! Top notch! 👌🏻

The staff at this location were all so friendly and professional. This location was very clean and comfortable as well. I got my nails done today by Robyn. I'm very indecisive sometimes so when I needed help picking, she was super helpful with her suggestions. I love the results of the nail art and would definitely return for manicures with her.
