Update:I was contacted by the owner of the location and she offered me a complimentary appointment which I was not expecting since I already received one to fix my first appointment, this was a very kind gesture. The nail tech who did my nails was excellent. She took her time and did a great job. They have excellent customer service and after the experience with that nail tech I would go back.I don't recommend this location to have your nails done. Other locations might be better, I can only speak on where I went. My husband gifted me a gel manicure for mother's day. They did my nails on mother's day and within 48 hrs the gel started to peel off because it didn't cure properly. I contacted them and they redid my nails the following weekend for no additional fee. The issue is that the quality was still poor! It's like their technicians are still learning how to do nails, the quality of the service just isn't there! A week after this second round the gel was peeling again. For 60$ I expected a better service. When the technician was doing my nails I commented that she didn't properly remove the previous color and that the dust was still showing and she said it will go away on its own. It didn't!

Super friendly team, consistently great service, I get my nails done here every 3 weeks with Christine who is fast and detail oriented. I found ten spot when I was looking for a spa that offered BIAB manicures since traditional gel is too harsh on my nails. 5 months of BIAB and my nails are strong and healthy!I also enjoy the chick flicks that are always playing in the mani/pedi area. Sometimes its nice to sit back and zone out.

Sent my sister in to get her nails and toes done recently, she is not the best with her english but she told me the clerk Mel was very understanding and helpful. This was very refreshing given the intolerance we have faced from other places in the past. Keep up the good work guys!

I love this salon! Something about the decor and scent of the place is just so soothing to me, as soon as I walk in I feel relaxed. The staff are always friendly and Nicole who does my treatments is really nice and professional and makes me feel comfortable. 10/10
