Kendra was fantastic and really took her time making sure my nails and my toes were both perfect! Super clean and welcoming salon, the receptionist was so lovely as well. I was recommended to come here by a friend and I am so happy:)

I haven't had a wax done in years, so after some research, I booked in for a number of services at the Ten Spot as part of my prep for my upcoming wedding. I was feeling super nervous and am so so glad I decided to come here. Nicole was absolutely amazing and made me feel so relaxed. I definitely did not need to worry about pain, and she made the time fly by. I can't recommend Nicole enough!

When I showed up, I met Elizabeth shortly before my appointment was scheduled. I went into a really clean room, and told her exactly what I was looking for- and had some pleasant small talk. It was important not to make them too thin- just to clean them up. She did an awesome job with my eyebrows, and when I asked if they did nose hair waxing she simply said “Yes, do you want to try it”. I tried it, and I don’t regret it. I barely felt a thing. Elizabeth, you’re my go to from now on. Fantastic job. 11/10

Linda is super friendly, really listens to what I like, and always gets the vibe right. She’s very talented and makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. I’m always happy with how my nails turn out.

Everything was great! Did a great job with my gel mani and pedi. I just found the atmosphere was a little noisy.with slot of chatter from other patrons and staff in a small space. Other than that all goood.!

Friendly, clean, I just wish there had been more included in the pedicure for $80 - felt very basic. Otherwise nice spot to visit!

She’s so kind, lovely, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was, she even shared tips about hair growth and laser treatments. At the end, she kindly let me know that if I noticed any missed spots, she’d be happy to go back and take care of them. Such great attention to detail! The spa itself is also fantastic. I was greeted with cold water when I arrived, the space is clean and welcoming, and the staff are all very friendly and professional. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be returning!!

Ten Spot is great if you need a last minute appointment as they have always been able to accommodate me, and I have seen a variety of staff who have all been lovely. The spa is clean and bright and I love that they have Netflix playing in each room so you can relax and zone out if you wish.

I had a lovely appointment at The Ten Spot Glebe! I was greeted by a lovely smiling face as I walked in and it just got better. I had my eyebrows tinted, then a min manicure and pedicure. This is the only place I feel safe getting a pedicure from. There's no toxic smell as you walk in. It's always clean and everyone is always ready to serve you. Nicole since day one has been wonderful to deal with - she does such a professional job and has a warm personality.

I had a BIB gel overlay French manicure and gel pedi with Linda today to prepare for southern vacation. Linda was absolutely lovely - very professional and kind - and I am extremely pleased with the results. She made suggestions about colours that would suit my skin tone (I am a relative mani/pedi newbie) and when I chose a particular colour for my pedicure, she suggested I consider something different, which, when we compared her choice and mine, ended up being much nicer than what I had selected myself. The salon was bright, clean, and everyone was very friendly. My appointment also started and finished at exactly the time it was scheduled. I would highly recommend both Linda and The Ten Spot in the Glebe - excellent service and lovely staff.

This is my second time going there and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! I used to have a usual place that I went to back in Durham, but this place is nice... clean.. quaint and very friendly! Thank you all 🤗

I have been going to this spa for over a year now for waxing. Emily has been my go to ever since I found her, she makes the experience so relaxing and comfortable, I have not been able to find anyone like her. I am always greeted by warm smiles at the front desk. Highly recommend Emily and this spa for their waxing services!

I got a wax from Tina in July and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, giving me lots of skin advice and product suggestions. Unfortunately I went to this location randomly and it’s quite far from me but Tina was so good I would make the trek for her!

Update: I was contacted by the owner of the location and she offered me a complimentary appointment which I was not expecting since I already received one to fix my first appointment, this was a very kind gesture. The nail tech who did my nails was excellent. She took her time and did a great job. They have excellent customer service and after the experience with that nail tech I would go back. I don't recommend this location to have your nails done. Other locations might be better, I can only speak on where I went. My husband gifted me a gel manicure for mother's day. They did my nails on mother's day and within 48 hrs the gel started to peel off because it didn't cure properly. I contacted them and they redid my nails the following weekend for no additional fee. The issue is that the quality was still poor! It's like their technicians are still learning how to do nails, the quality of the service just isn't there! A week after this second round the gel was peeling again. For 60$ I expected a better service. When the technician was doing my nails I commented that she didn't properly remove the previous color and that the dust was still showing and she said it will go away on its own. It didn't!
