This was my first ever experience with waxing - brazillian at that. Jillian made it so comfortable and I felt at ease. She has great customer service and remembers personal details about me. I don't have much to compare her services to but right after my first wax, I purchased the membership and have been back every month since Oct 2025.

Jill did a great job. I usually go to Waxon downtown but this spot was much more convenient and Jill was quick and efficient. I will definitely continue going to Ten Spot in Bedford.

I desperately needed a brow wax yesterday so booked a last minute appointment here before picking my child up from school and I don't think i'll get my brows done anywhere else again! My appointment was with Jill and she did a fabulous job in a reasonable amount of time. The salon was clean, and I didn't catch her name but the lady at the front desk was super pleasant as well!

I just had a Brazilian wax done with Jillian at The Ten Spot, and it was a 10/10 experience! I’ve had Brazilians done elsewhere in the past and unfortunately dealt with severe lifting and even a tear due to improper wax removal, so I was skeptical and nervous about trying a new place. However, Jillian completely exceeded my expectations! She was incredibly quick, professional, and clearly very skilled at what she does. It was hands-down the best wax experience I’ve ever had. There was a small patch that was missed, but aside from that, her technique and attention to detail were phenomenal. I highly recommend Jillian and will definitely be returning!

went in as a first timer today, a switch from my regular wax girl due to scheduling, and I was NOT disappointed. the space was very welcoming, and it was a nice, silly thing to have a TV playing netflix in the room, made it so much more casual and comfy! Jill did an amazing job!

I went to Renee twice and she was great, the only suggestion I have is maybe a hook to put your jacket on in the rooms. Other than that, 10/10 experience!
