Just had the most amazing facial by Simar! My almost 40 year old skin was extremely dry and my pores were visibly clogged. I booked a Deep Cleaning Facial and left feeling like a teenager! My skin is now hydrated and glowing!! Not a blocked pore in sight and no more texture! Highly recommend to anyone in need of a hydrating deep cleanse. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back soon!

I had an incredible manicure and eyebrow wax here by Sajia. I had attempted to do my own eyebrows and they were a mess. She was able to work her magic and fix them. The manicure was fabulous and she took her time to make sure they were perfect. I’m so happy with the results and will be back once I move back to Ontario. Thank you Sajia! this was my first service at a ten spot ever and i’m so grateful i had ganga provide my services. she was attentive, bringing me tea, and has a very kind and caring energy to her. i received a very thorough manicure and pedicure, which did not feel rushed compared to some other places. the ten spot was sparkling clean, and the tools used were new and clean. the genuine connection with ganga made it a very personable experience and i will definitely be back! just the pampering i needed after an unpleasant medical procedure before.

I found my go to Ten Spot in the area. The place is clean and Ganga is wonderful. Her work station is clean, organized and her work is just amazing! I can't recommend The Ten Spot more highly. It was the first time I ever considered waxing a more intimate part of my body. Everyone there made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Ganga was amazing - very gentle and explained everything she was doing. Will for sure return monthly.

I've been to a lot of different places for mani pedi and this is by far the best! The service was great. The ambience beautiful and relaxing. The place is spotless. Simar was really friendly and caring. I also got a lip wax it was my first time doing it and it was painless and the red went away fast. I also love the complimentary one for the toes. Super service. I came in inquiring about a last minute appointment, and not only was Jyoti able to get me in, the service was hands down the best I've had in years. Working in the spa industry for years I've been looking for a new wax specialist who meets my high standards, and I am VERY pleasantly surprised. I will be back for more services in the Jyoti in the near future!

Jyoti was PHENOMENAL!!!! She and Simar were a breathe of fresh air. Professional but so warm and friendly. They took so much pride in their work. They didn’t even mind refilling the heels a bit more until I was fully happy. Jyoti was very gentle with my elderly mom who had a badly sprained ankle. 10 outta 10 for Pickering 10 Spot!!!!

My first experience here was unfortunate, mostly because their menu online did not match with their services in-person. There was also major miscommunication when I arrived and realized they couldn’t get my gels removed.

They do not do gels here, I would recommend confirming your service before showing up.

Though, after I left with no service, the staff tried to make it right by following up which was very gracious.

After getting my nails done there, the staff were very kind to try to make their customers happy and satisfied.

I went for a Brazilian and eye brow tint and thread with Jyoti and she was great! She took her time and the final results were amazing! She even recommended a great product for me. Thanks again!

She was absolutely amazing, did an incredibly thorough job, and was meticulous about getting rid of every unwanted hair (I went for threading).
