We recently hosted our daughter’s 9th birthday celebration here, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Aileen went above and beyond by creating a personalized mood board that perfectly reflected my daughter’s favorite colors and style. Her attention to detail ensured that every element was thoughtfully executed.

The entire team was fantastic — they were organized, attentive, and made sure all the kids were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the event. Aileen even arranged karaoke for the girls, which ended up being the highlight of the party!

Upon walking in received some bubbly while I waited for my appointment. The atmosphere was relaxing and warm. I got shellac done and absolutely loved the colour selection. My manicurist was very attentive and pleasant. Over all very happy with the service.

If you would like some trendy nails, the 10Spot downtown Oakville is a great place to go! The new owner is wonderful and I received really good service from both Taylor and Megan. I tried their new nail extension service and had a cat eye effect nail polish. I loved the result! They also have a nice selection of beverages to choose from while you relax.

Great place! I have been going to this salon for waxing for a year now with master Lori. She has an excellent command of the waxing technique. After her service, the hairs do not grow in and the effect lasts for more than three weeks! I am from Europe, where waxing is at a high level, and I have visited several salons here and I can confidently say that Lori is the best waxing master in Oakville! I sincerely recommend THE TEN SPOT and master Lori!

The Ten Spot Oakville was clean, pedicure chairs were comfortable and my daughter loves her gel nails. They both found the staff to be friendly, kind and made them feel welcome.
They have been to numerous nail salons in Burlington however none of those salons were nearly as positive, had a friendly atmosphere and staff as The Ten Spot Oakville.
