TERMS & CONDITIONS: “Unlimited laser” Contest

By entering the “Win an unlimited laser package” contest hosted by THE TEN SPOT®:

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of Canada: British Columbia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia
  • Contest is void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees, franchisees, and immediate family members of THE TEN SPOT® are not eligible to win.

2. Contest Period

  • The contest begins on March 6th at 9am EST and ends on March 13th at 11:59pm.
  • Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter the contest by:

  1. Following @THETENSPOT on Instagram
  2. Entering your email address in our contest entry form
  3. Optional bonus entry: Enter your phone number for SMS messaging

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

4. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive “unlimited laser hair removal package,” defined one laser membership valuing up to $2880.00 CDN.
  • Guests must agree to the membership contract and terms + conditions.
  • Full payment will be provided by THE TEN SPOT® and there is no cost to the winner.
  • Services must be redeemed in-store and are non-transferable.
  • The prize has no cash value.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner will be selected at random from eligible entries on or around march 13th 2026
  • Winner will be contacted via email and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.
  • If no response is received, a new winner may be selected.

6. Publicity

By entering, participants grant THE TEN SPOT® permission to use their name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for administering the contest and in accordance with THE TEN SPOT®’s privacy policy.

8. General Conditions

  • THE TEN SPOT® reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control compromise the integrity of the contest.
