I recently visited The Ten Spot in Westmount for a pedicure, and I would highly recommend it! The staff made me feel welcome, the service was exceptional. Overall, I’d rate my experience a solid 10/10! If you're looking for a great place for a pedicure, The Ten Spot is definitely worth a visit.

I've had my nails done here in the past, and they always did a fantastic job. Recently, I went in for a wax, and I have to say, compared to other places I've been to, this experience was outstanding. I won’t be going anywhere else moving forward. Behnoosh was amazing, and I only have great things to say. Highly recommend

HONEST REVIEW … UPDATED REVIEW — UPDATE #2: I went back to the location today to get the same service as I did the first time. The experience this time around much much better, warranting a 5/5 review this time around. They were still quite busy even though it was a Thursday morning but nonetheless, great time and attention was taken for my appointment and they did a great job on both my manicure and pedicure. The towels seemed newer, the place itself was cleaner unlike the first time, the staff was super nice and friendly (and all dressed appropriately this time lol), they also had updated products to use on the feet which made them really really soft. All in all, the price was the same ($145 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure with polish) but the experience itself was far superior to what I had experienced the first time so I am confident that last time was just a fluke and not the norm of this spot. I will be returning soon next time I am in town! 🙂 UPDATE: I changed my review from 1 to 2 stars for now. Reason being is that shortly after posting my original review, the district manager reached out via email to explain the situation, express her apologies for my experience and offered me the services again for free to give them a second chance. I thought that was really professional and great customer service - I am hoping I caught them on an off day when I went and hopeful that when I do return it will be 10/10! I will update my review again when I return back to the salon. On a side note, the shellac manicure that I got is still intact which is rare for me - usually they come off after the first two days. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Price: Given the location and price I think I went in with too high expectations. For the price you’re paying, it’s not a luxury manicure/pedicure and you definitely don’t feel like a 10 as advertised. I didn’t even put polish on my toes - for a gel manicure and simple pedicure (no polish) it was $145 plus tip. I’ve been to many salons and I paid this or less for much better especially polish on the toes. Atmosphere: The place itself isn’t all that special… most of the towels are old and torn which makes it look cheap and messy, the manicure chairs are plastic and not something you want to sit in for an hour, the manicure tables are worn out and the cushions to rest your hands are cheap foam and towel, walls and windows were somewhat dirty as well and there’s not much space to get a relaxing pedicure …you’re kind of squished all together close by next to people you don’t know. What is nice is that they offer you a tea or coffee or refreshment upon entering but I feel like a lot of salons do that now anyway it’s not unique to them. Technicians: All the techs seemed very nice - that’s the positive of this place everyone was very welcoming and friendly and it seemed that way for all of their guests. My technician was really nice and kept checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable. There’s no uniform for the techs so they wear whatever they want which is totally fine but one of them today was solely wearing a bra top and sweat pants and it was quite revealing which again is fine, I am just used to standard uniforms in places like this where the price is elevated. It gave the vibe of teenagers working on your nails and toes so not sure how much experience that comes with for the price you’re paying. Overall: If you don’t mind sharing close proximity to get your pedicure done and don’t mind basic supplies and basic atmosphere for an elevated price then go for it. It’s clear that the price is high bc of the location, not because they do a better job than anyone else. I wouldn’t go back - there’s far more less expensive locations in and around Montreal (even around that specific area) that offer the same services at the same quality.

I had the best experience with the esthetician who made me feel comfortable. We shared stories and I will be going back to upkeep my grooming. The basic facial was relaxing and refreshing too.

Carla has a pleasant disposition and is friendly. She is professional with her pedicuring skills. First time at a Ten Stop location - it is clean and the entire staff are attentive and customer focused.

I’ve been coming to Tenspot Westmount religiously since 2022 and they never disappoint. The environment is clean and the people are all friendly, willing and ready to take the best care of you. So far I’ve had the pleasure of working with Hani, Carla and Azi for head-to toe care (literally). Could not recommend this location more highly!

Great service. Shakeela does the best pedicure and Hani does amazing brows and lashes. Those are the services I get but I know that they are great at all the other services too. The ladies are all lovely and the location is terrific. Would not go anywhere else.

Switched my beauty bar services to Ten Spot Westmount from Fuzz about a year or so ago. Not only is the parking situation so much better, the quality and diversity of services and customer service are all worth mentioning. I have consistently had my gel manicures, pedicures, waxing, and laser services done here. The quality and longevity of my gel manicures is truly astounding (up to 3 weeks and I come in due to growth!). The team is truly lovely and I’ve built personal relationships with many of them. Sharon at the front remembered my coffee order after asking if I’d like a tea, coffee, mimosa, etc. Benoosh and Shakeela are both lovely and remember my kids and ask me about them when I come in; often my wife or daughter see them. I see Jen for my laser and wax services, she is extremely safety-conscious, kind, and open. The laser has worked wonders!! Truly better results than I was expecting. I love hearing of her travels and chatting about life. Carla is my go-to manicurist. She is a perfectionist whose work is of significant quality and lasts. I thoroughly enjoy spending time and chatting with her during the service! She cares about her work and it shows. All members of the team I have had the pleasure of getting to know are friendly and warm. The space is bright and looks out over a prominent Westmount shopping street. Plan on continuing my membership and relationships with this team. I always leave feeling better than when I came in, both socially and physically. Thanks team!
