I had an issue with a manicure I got, where the quality was real subpar but the owner (Melissa) handled it so well. I contacted her and she reached back away, apologized, refunded me, and offered to redo my nails at no cost.

I went back and the new technician (Kayla) did an amazing job. She was careful, friendly, and my nails look great. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled really showed how much they care about their customers. I left super happy and will definitely go back!

This is a double 5 star post. Harpreet is the absolute best wax/laser technician I have ever seen. Not only is she brilliantly skilled, she is also fantastic at giving advice on maintenance and suggestions on services and timelines! The second five star is Kayla gives the best manicure/pedicures at any salon I've ever been to. I get to just relax and know that I'm going to walk out feeling amazing about my nails. From shaping to polish application, to designs, she is fabulous!

My pedicure with harpreet was excellent great foot and leg massage. My only complaint would be the seating as its uncomfortable to sit straight up and then the receptionist rushing her to finish for another appointment that seemed like she wasn't aware of. Otherwise happy with my pedicure

I go here to get my monthly facials and waxing, I always get Ari even when I don’t book for her because they just know she’s my favorite esthetician and that I’ve previously booked with only her. I like that it is clean, and the prices are reasonable. And the products they use for your service are easily accessible at front desk for purchase.
Receptionist was also nice. I do like that my appointments are never messed up and that typically they can get me in for last minute ones.

I recently had my first full-body laser hair removal session with Harpreet, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked into the salon, I was impressed by how beautiful and clean everything looked. Harpreet was absolutely fantastic—super friendly, professional, and funny. She made me feel totally comfortable, even though it was my first time doing laser.

She took the time to explain the whole process, what to expect, and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease. If I need another round of treatment, there's no doubt I'll be going back to see her again! Highly recommend her for anyone considering laser hair removal.

I visited The Ten Spot for my first time for a gel manicure and removal. Kayla was great and efficient with removing my current gel polish and she shaped my nails exactly how I liked! Love this place! Love the quality standard you can rely on + most importantly the staff ! Everyone is awesome here... I had an issue with the website for booking services+ I was able to call + get things sorted easily. Also, been able to bring my own polish color in which has been a game changer !
