Had booked a wax massage really last minute and they accommodated they placed me towards the end of the day. I saw a technician named Jasmine and she was so kind and efficient and I felt no pain at all. I’m definitely coming here from now on.

It was my first time at this spa and my experience was amazing. A big shoutout to Melissa, who was incredibly professional and sweet. I went for a hydrating facial, and she took the time to explain everything and ask about my preferences, which I really appreciated. I felt so relaxed during the treatment, and my skin was glowing afterward. I would 100% recommend her!

My pedicure with Tanya was so relaxing. She did a great job of pampering me. I highly recommend her. She has a very calming presence. And, my toes look super cute!

I regularly go to Ten Spots on Roncy for Mani Pedi and I am always very pleased by the service. It doesn’t matter with who, the service is very consistent. Today I took my teenage boy to get a facial with Melissa T. and she was absolutely incredible. Good with my teen, very knowledgeable in her field, explaining each steps of the facial. He really loved it and made his skin feel so light and soft. Will definitely take him again and will also book her for my own facial. She uses the Dernalogica products which is amazing!

Great service for a first time facial! I got a quickie facial at Ten Spot Roncy with Sarah B. and she was so nice. She was very professional and I really appreciated her explaining what each solution would feel like, checking to see if I felt any pain with the extractions, asking if the temperature and the pressure was okay--will definitely be going back. Highly recommend Sarah B!

Love this place! Khiza did a fantastic job on my nails—she was attentive, detailed, and her work was absolutely beautiful. On my way out, I accidentally smudged one of my nails, and she kindly took extra time to fix it without hesitation. She was amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again!

Went to this location for a Brazily waxing before a vacation. Ana was very friendly and made me feel at complete ease. She was also very communicative as she kept checking in with me about temperature of the wax and sensitivity which I appreciated so much! She was also super speedy so I was done a lot sooner than I expected. Great experience overall. Thanks again 🙂

Had the BEST Mani/pedi & Eye Brow wax with EMMA at their Roncesvalles location. Had the manicure with the BIAB gel overlay and the pedi with the new LovaSkin instant foot peel. My toes and hands look amazing. I may be hooked on the gel overlay!! Loved walking out and I didn’t have to worry about wrecking my nails, and the gel overlay made my nails so strong. Emma took such care applying the polish on the toes and the nails, they are perfect. I will definitely be seeing EMMA again soon.

My visit with Tanya was my first time ever trying waxing. Tanya was wonderful, working very quickly and meticulously while also making sure I was distracted and comfortable. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the Ten Spot for their flexibility with my booking, which not only was very last minute on a Saturday but also flexible in terms of not making me commit to a full leg service until I knew I could make it all the way through. I’m very sensitive and usually find pedicures pretty physically uncomfortable, but Tanya is super gentle so I can actually relax. Great shape and precise polish application.

Melissa is the BEST. I had trust issues after my eyebrows were demolished by a different aesthetician elsewhere and now after seeing her for 3 months my brows are back to their full glory. She's fast, she's knowledgable and always has a positive energy. Highly recommend!
