Always have a great experience- the ten spot is a Toronto classic. You know what you are getting and everyone is always friendly, professional, and efficient! Love that they keep your settings on file so no matter what salon you go to, your laser sessions can resume where you left off! Even across the country!

Been coming here for years. Glaze is my go-to for anything. Seriously. Flawless nail services, precise and quick waxing and facial queen! Also my personal brow whisperer! Everyone is really sweet here! It’s on the pricer side but everything is super clean - so I value that above all. Plus this location has always been convenient.

I have been going to the Queen West location for years now for manis, pedis, and waxing. Romana is my go-to girl for all of it!! She's amazing and I love our chats too, while she works. The ladies at the front counter are lovely. Their customer service skills are top notch and I always look forward to my appt.

I went in for a quickie manicure and had a great experience! Cool music was playing and everyone was so friendly! Online reservations were easy to make too.

So satisfied with my polish Mani. Chose Essie over OPI. And a week later the polish is still intact. Great top coat product!
And the girls are so lovely at Queen West.

Ok, so let me say my issue is not with this location specifically, but with their booking system AND regular polish (if you know, you know). The atmosphere was very welcoming, but I did feel out of place after I was checked in. However, I will chalk that up to them having a trainee on the floor at the time. I came in to do threading and get a manicure. Both service providers were dope and provided excellent service. My eyebrows look amazing and my nails were done really well as well EXCEPT THAT REGULAR POLISH IS A SCAM! My mani ending up smudging within 30 minutes of leaving the salon... kinda wished I had gotten gel, but alas that was MY CHOICE and is no fault of the salon. I think I'll use them for my threading (which I forgot was so painful ouch) and I'll try the gel manicure next time as opposed to the regular polish. Overall, a good experience and I will be back again. Oh, almost forgot. The booking system is absolutely trash. I had to go through the forgotten password sequence three times over the span of two days before it worked. It seems like there are two systems, one for the franchise and then one for the individual spa (franchisee), which can be frustrating to use. I eventually was able to book my session the morning of my appointment but that frustration docked a star off.
