At the newly renovated Ten Spot my Services by Emma included eyebrow, upper- Lower lip and chin waxing along with a gel mani/pedi! I am 100% satisfied with the quality and Professionalism by Emma as well as the Friendliness by Emma and the Staff. The spa has a fresh clean upgrade and very comfortable. I will definitely be a repeat Client of Emma’s and The Ten Spot Peterborough. Well Done!

The Ten Spot is by far my preferred waxing location out of all I have tried. It is extremely clean, all staff that I have booked services with have been super friendly and helpful. I love being able to book online is very easy and convenient. I am going to keep driving out of town to visit them instead of sticking closer to home!

I had a fabulous experience tonight with Mikyla! She did an amazing job on my pedicure and was a pleasure to chat with during my appointment. The Ten Spot salon is a clean salon and they clearly care about the health and safety of their guests. Prices seem to be a tiny bit higher than other salons in town, but in my opinion it’s well worth it. As other reviews have mentioned, the pedicures are done in individual wash basins instead of sinks - personally I do prefer this as they feel a bit more clean, but if you’re expecting a massage chair with the little sink/tub then it may not be the place for you. I will definitely be a return customer!

I always look forward to my appointments at The Ten Spot! The salon is spotless and has such a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is professional, friendly, fun, and I never leave disappointed. Alicia G is my go-to! She’s incredibly detailed and so talented. I trust her so much that I let her pick my colours... just look at this gorgeous gradient rainbow manicure! Highly recommend!

Update: The manager reached out and offered to fix my nails. I agreed and received an appointment with Shelby. Shelby did a great job and they are perfect. Thank you for providing such great service. I decided to give this place a shot because I wanted a change from where I normally get my nails done and I wanted to also treat myself. At the time of booking I saw that the prices were higher and thought maybe it would mean I would be getting quality service. I booked for a gel mani and gel pedi. I loved aesthetic of the place and the fact that there was no chemical smell as you would find in other nail salons. The lady that did my nail was pleasant and nice. Unfortunately I left feeling disappointed for the high price point. When I looked at my nails from a far they looked nice but up close you could see that they were not polished properly. There were bubbles in spots and the corners of the nails has no polish. I did my nails on friday and on monday the polish is already coming off the nail and the nails are chipped. Overall the experience was very underwhelming. I feel like I wasted money coming to this place for what I got so I will not be coming back.

i started going to Ten Spot after my previous coworker/friend, Avreyal started working there! i’ve been a few times now with her and recommend all my friends and family to go to her. Avreyal is always excited to try new nail art with me and i love how precise she is with my nails, and they end up lasting so long! I've been booking with Mikyla for a few sessions now, and her precision, detail, and friendliness is unlike any other (though, you can't go wrong with booking any of the estheticians - they're all magnificent). My nails have traditionally been brittle and weak, but since starting regularly at Ten Spot with their high-quality products, my nail growth is outstanding. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I went to THE TEN SPOT for a manicure. She’s 6. The staff were amazing with her! They were all so kind and friendly. We both had a really great time!
