She is incredibly professional, and her manicures are top-notch—so much so that my natural nails have actually grown stronger and healthier. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she’s also one of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been goin to this location for a couple of years. I get the shellac nails. I’ve had some issues with my nails. And they have gone above and beyond to get my issues dealt with. Jordyn is amazing. Knowledgeable. My nails are getting better and better. She’s very effective and a perfectionist. I’ve had a few waxings over the last couple of years. And pretty much painless. Location is very clean and hygienic.

had an amazing experience getting my nails done here. victoria did an amazing job and she was super knowledgeable! jordyn was also super helpful even though she wasn’t doing my nails, she still made my experience great! mayan, the receptionist, was extremely welcoming and warm. she offered me something to drink as soon as i walked in and had great conversations with me while i got my nails done. highly recommend this location, extremely sanitary and the staff are amazing!!

I have been going to this location for about 2 years now, on a biweekly basis. I will say that when I first started going I wasn’t super impressed as I had been going to the don mills location for years before that. But I kept going and it was clear that most of the issues were just bad management. Trisha, Janet and Delan were always so wonderful. They always made sure I left with great nails. When new management took over a few months ago I noticed changes right away and have been very happy here. I still get my shellac mani every two weeks and look forward it! I love the ten spot and don’t mind spending a bit extra to have a clean and friendly service here. The attention to detail is always there and I love getting a coffee with my service. I do recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to go get their nails done.

I’ve been to this location 2 times for gel mani and pedi and I’m very happy to have found this salon and have met Janet! I’ve not tried all services yet but my experience so far has been beyond my expectations. This is most probably because of the owner herself being quite responsible, kind and caring and her high level skills at client relations as well as Janet being an absolute professional doing her best during your visit. They’re very friendly and gentle and your visit turns to home comfort. Both my nails and feet needed a lot of work but Janet did a great job! Willing to try facials w/Janet in the shortest run. Confidently recommended!

Update: I have being going to this location since last summer. Just love it. I go every three weeks for shellac removal and mani. Also go for pedicures every couple if months. Also went on vacation end of January and got waxing on legs bikini and eye brows. Next to painless in bikini area. Least painful waxing in that area I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Janet and all services.

A friend of mine recommended this place so I booked an appointment for a pedicure to test it out. I’m very specific about the salons I choose to go to, but this one had really great service and made me feel relaxed throughout the whole process. I didn’t have to worry about anything, I felt very comfortable!! Only downside is that after I left , my nails smudged. I guess it wasn’t as dry as seemed…I was really upset about this, so when I called to book an appointment, they were really reassuring & when I came, they quickly fixed it with no questions asked, no complaints. I barely ever come out of a salon with a smudged nail, but this goes to show how great their customer support is!! Also the ladies are lovely!

I read the reviews and what could I lose try once and see. I came into a bright cheerful environment, welcomed by 2 lovely estheticians. I was met my esthetician with a smile, we walked to the room, where I was going to have my underarms waxed. I was so impressed with the fact the bed goes down, so it's easier to get on. I have Multiple Sclerosis so I struggle to get on to things, this was very helpful. The service took the exact time that was indicated. All in a I will be back to see Trishia she is a gem. Thank you.

I have gotten waxing done (eyebrow and brazilian) by both Treshia and Delan, and mani pedi by Delan and my experience with all the services ive had, has been excellent. Both were extremely kind, welcoming, and truly care about their craft, their customer, putting in the time and attention to detail. I felt very cared for and left every time a very happy and satisfied customer and I highly recommend both for waxing/nails!

Myself and my two daughters had the pleasure of using THE TEN SPOT Hillcrest Mall for our full body waxing needs. The waxing technicians were very thorough and professional and made sure we left looking and feeling like a 10! The establishment was extremely clean and sanitary and it was such a pleasure to be serviced there. Everyone was so kind and did everything they could to pay attention to our needs and to satisfy them to the best of their ability. One of my daughters has very sensitive skin and usually has adverse effects to waxing, so they took the extra time and effort to use methods that would reduce the redness and irritation she usually experiences when waxing. We will definitely return and will be trying other services like manicures, pedicures and laser. THE TEN SPOT Hillcrest Mall has easily become our new favourite full service beauty place in Richmond Hill.

I had a shellac pedicure done by Delan. This was my first time getting a service done at The Ten Spot and I was thoroughly impressed. Cleanliness is key for me and The Ten Spot at Hillcrest has clearly demonstrated that by their sterile equipment. My feet also felt so soft! Went into the ten spot yesterday for a hard gel extension and lash lift and tint. I was made to feel welcome from start to finish. Janet did my services and I really appreciated her attention to detail.
I had never done an eyelash lift & tint before. After the service, I was told to wait 24 hours to put on any mascara. The next day I had put on mascara, and all I can say is WOW. My eyelashes stood out so much I didn’t even have to put on eyeliner. My husband complimented me right away. Would definitely recommend this service.
