I struggled finding a salon that could work with my Hema allergy I always love having my nails done. But could only ever have normal polish done until I went to the ten spot Whitby. The ladies there are absolutely amazing they have product that I’m able to use that is hema free and it is like a gel (lasts 3 weeks or more depending how fast your nails grow) they all took my allergy seriously. Anna is my go to nail artist and she makes my nails look absolutely beautiful every single time! The owner even took the time to go through the bottles to find hema free, did a patch test the day before my first appointment to make sure I didn’t brake out to the product and ordered new colours to accommodate the allergy. It’s the first salon I have been to where my fingers didn’t itch and break out from my allergy! Thank you ladies you are all amazing!

The ladies at The Ten Spot were without a doubt the most amazing, attentive and accommodating women I’ve met in this business.
The shop was clean and well organized and also they have a wide range of health and beauty products available for sale.
My nails have never looked or felt this healthy, and although I only got a regular manicure, it looks like a gel polish finish.
I will definitely be coming back here, and only here from now on.

I got the BIAB gel overlay about a week ago, and it's the best my nails have ever looked/felt. I got a gift card for my birthday, and wanted to treat myself to something that might actually be good for my nails 💅, but wanted the experience to last 🥰.

I wasn't disappointed 🙏🏾. The nails are beautiful, but they have also lasted. Through a long weekend in Europe, a week of cello classes and practice, and not a single blemish on them to be honest.

Also, have been lucky enough to go back as a model for a Brazilian (P), and the staff was very attentive/professional. Marlene, the owner, is a gem. The establishment is bright and clean; they offer water/tea/coffee (even an espresso 👀😍) to guests as they come in.

Wonderful experience! Jordana was lovely - she helped me find exactly the right colour, style, and shape I wanted, which in the past has been a challenge. When I needed to have a few nails fixed, customer service was excellent and I was able to get them fixed without any additional charge. Looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!

Ten Spot Whitby is a great place to just have a me time. I feel pampered everytime I go here. They also have monthly subscription which is excellent! And Im looking forward to get a facial here too. For now, only ten spot whitby makes me feel like a ten! All staff are friendly and of course Marlene the owner is a kindhearted soul and empowering woman. I have been coming here since this location opened and I could not imagine going anywhere else to get my nails and waxing done. Anna is next level AMAZING! My mother recently visited from Trinidad and she was very much taken care of and pampered when she received her pedicure. The spa was clean and gave a very comfy feeling. I must also thank Nicole for her service, she gave off professionalism and interacted with my mother to make her feel appreciated; my mother was smiling from ear to ear. Marlene (the owner) was so kind and welcoming from the second we walked in. The inside of the spa was super clean and neatly organized.

I came in for brows and Amber, their aesthetician, did a stellar job at matching them up and making them much neater even though this was the first time that someone else has done my brows in years. I have been scarred before many times by technicians making my brows way too thin or short, so I appreciated how reasonable she was and her skills.

Marlene is lovely and babysat my boyfriend with a conversation while I was getting them done. 😂

I have been twice now, once for a pedicure and the next for a biab gel overlay manicure and both time the service was SUPERB! Anna has a keen eye for detail and my nails and feet have never looked better. I would say that it was the best lash lift and tint I’ve ever had. The ambiance was so great, the staff was very welcoming and so many kids were getting free kids manicure. 😊

I brought my daughter in for a free kids manicure today for the 1 year anniversary and the place was great! The place was very nice and very clean, they had the most friendly staff—they had popcorn for the kids, they offered me coffee, and they took great care of my daughter and gave her a beautiful little manicure! Would recommend!

My mother and I booked a mani-pedi and a brow wax today and it was a stellar experience.The brow wax service was amazing and nicely done. It was such a clean and welcoming environment, and the staff were very kind to us. My pedicure was probably my favourite part because I tend to be very ticklish around my feet and the lady treating me was so accommodating and sweet! On top of that, I had an enjoyable time talking to her, which was honestly the highlight of the experience. My dad really loved how my mom was treated - absolutely made her feel like a ten! I had an amazing waxing experience with Nicole at the Whitby location. She was very skilled, thorough and professional. I am very particular, having dark hair on light skin, and Nicole made sure that I was completely clean before letting me leave. Definitely the most comfortable waxing experience I have ever had. The owners were also present, introduced themselves and ensured I had had a good experience.

I have been here several times for a pedicure. The place is very clean and modern, the staff are very friendly and the quality of services is great. Marlene, the owner, is the cherry on top! She is warm and welcoming, it is clear that she cares about her customers and their experience. We've had great experiences with many of the nail technicians, especially Anna! Definitely recommend this location.

This was by far the BEST pedicure I have ever received! My appointment started on time, I could see brand new tools being used, and the pedicure service was thorough and relaxing.. I don’t think my feet have looked or felt better! My favourite part was the exfoliating beads with foot massage.. trust me you’ll love it! Kyla took her time while painting my toes and it really shows.. I can’t believe how precise and beautifully my nails were shaped and painted! On top of that, she is a wonderful person who I could chat with for hours! Do yourself a favour, pay the extra money for a visit to the Ten Spot-you won’t regret it!
