I enjoyed my first ever normal/combination facial with Kaitlyn! It was nice to have her write down the products she used on me. I think for the price it should have been a little longer though. My face felt amazing after!

I had an amazing experience at The Ten Spot! The space was super clean, stylish, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. My service was top-notch—everything was done with great attention to detail.

Just did my mani here. That was amazing! Usually, my fingers are bleeding, when manicure technicians cutting my cuticles. Alex didn't cut any single finger! Also, she works fast, and understand you, even if your English not so perfect😅 She is so professional 👏
The lady on the reception is also very nice. She is patiently explained about other services in a friendly manner. Definitely, I will be back ❤️

They did a lovely job with my gel pedicure, and when I mucked up the colour on one of my nails by opening a door onto my own toes a couple of days later, they fixed it for me at no charge 😊

Went in for a brow waxing appointment with Sarah. She was so friendly and her attention to detail was 10/10! Would absolutely go again

Overall I was pleased with my gel mani and pedi. The reason for the low rating is mainly due to not having hardly any massage involved.
When you pay so much money, I expect at least a decent massage. I also agree as others described the uncomfortable seating for pedicure. I was also pregnant so I don’t recommend going as it’s hard to get down from the bench.

I took my kids for a mani pedi - The Ten Spot was so bright, clean, and relaxing. I can't overemphasize the clean part enough - they use single use nail files and planes and all the tools were laid out on surgical trays. The perfect place to spend a few hours bonding with your kids.

I've had my nails done three times by Alex and she's absolutely amazing!!

I had her do a set of extensions on me back in November, and then went back a couple months later to get another set, and then a set for my grad nails just last month! All times she did a fantastic job. I'm insanely impressed with the professionalism, skill, and time that went into everything. One of my grad nails fell off (due to my own misuse) one day before grad and she made time for me with no hesitation to redo the nail for me (I was expecting her to glue it back on, but she actually redid the entire nail for safety and health purposes) without charging me at all!!

I will absolutely be booking again for future appointments. Fantastic service and wonderful employees who are passionate about their jobs.

Alex gave me the very best extensions and nail art that I’ve ever had and I’ve been having my nails done for many many years. She wasn’t in a rush, explained all the steps and she didn’t hurt me.

So nice. I've been here for both gel manicure and pedicure and they were both lovely. Super clean and bright, friendly and relaxed, and a great job with my nails. I'll be a repeat customer and I definitely recommend to anyone.

Camy is a wonderful manicurist and so talented. She did a lovely job designing something different and creative for my nails.
