please note that we require a deposit for all private parties as well as a credit on file. in the event of a cancellation of the entire party, we require no less than seven [7] days’ notice in advance of the scheduled party date. cancellation of the event less than seven [7] days in advance will result in the 25% deposit not being refunded.
